01 The service

Every foot is different, which is why no off-the-shelf insole can match one made for yours. At our orthopaedic centre in Xirivella we design and craft custom orthotic insoles that correct your stride, redistribute pressure and bring comfort back to every step.

Who it’s for

Custom insoles help anyone with pain in the feet, heels, knees, hips or back when walking or standing for long hours. They’re especially useful if you have flat or high-arched feet, plantar fasciitis, a heel spur, metatarsalgia, bunions, sports overload, or a stride that wears your shoes unevenly. We also work with diabetic and rheumatic feet, where protecting the skin and offloading pressure points makes all the difference.

How we do it

We start by listening: when it hurts, what footwear you use and what your daily life demands. We run a gait analysis and a 3D scan of your foot to understand exactly how you bear weight and how you move. With that data we design the insole in CAD/CAM and craft it to your exact measurements, choosing materials to suit your weight, your activity and your footwear. Then we fit them with you in person, adjust them until they feel natural, and follow up in case anything needs fine-tuning.

Benefits

  • Real correction of your stride, not generic relief.
  • Less pain in feet, knees, hips and back.
  • Better pressure distribution to prevent injury and chafing.
  • Versions for everyday, sports or work footwear.
  • Close support and fitting reviews included.

If this sounds like your case, the next step is for us to see you and assess it.

02 Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they come in.

Note 01 How long do they take to be ready?
It depends on the type of insole, but you can usually have them within a few days of the measurement appointment. We give you a clear timeframe on the same day as the study.
Note 02 Do I need a referral from my doctor or podiatrist?
Yes. Custom insoles are made from a prescription by your doctor or podiatrist. If you don’t have one, come anyway: we assess your gait, explain what we see and tell you what to ask for. Where there’s clinical coordination, we work hand in hand with your doctor, physiotherapist or podiatrist.
Note 03 Will they fit any shoe?
We adapt the insole to the footwear you use. If you have a specific shoe (sports, safety or dress), bring it along and we’ll craft them with it in mind.
