No rushWhen it hurts, since when, what shoes you wear and how many hours you spend on your feet. Often the problem is not where the pain is, and that comes out in conversation.

The measurement
Foot and gaitThe shape of your foot is recorded and the way you stand and walk is studied. That is where the figure that governs everything else comes from: where you overload and where support is missing.

The piece is designed
Case by caseFrom that measurement your insole or orthosis is defined: which area is offloaded, which one holds, how much height each part carries. No one-size-fits-all that fits nobody.

It gets made
To suit your caseMaterials are chosen for your weight, your activity and your shoes. Insoles are made to your measure; body braces and much of the prosthetics are ordered from a specialist workshop.

Fitted and reviewed
Until you stop noticing itYou put it on here and walk. Whatever needs adjusting gets adjusted. We see you again later on: an insole that feels right on day one can ask for a tweak a month in.
Not everything is made in the shop, and we say so.
Some practices let you assume they make it all. We would rather you knew exactly what happens to your piece and who makes it. If you want to know where yours is made, ask us and we will tell you.

- Made for your foot from your own measurement. This is the product where fine adjustment shows most.
- Braces and prosthetics
- Made off-site, in specialist workshops. Our job is to measure you properly, choose with judgement, adapt it and follow up until it works.
- Reference manufacturer
- Bauerfeind. Antonio has been to their factory. We work with brands we can defend, not the ones with the best margin.

- 01 Measure before deciding
- We start from how you actually stand, not from an approximate size. If the measurement is wrong, nothing downstream can fix it, however good the materials are.
- 02 Your record stays here
- When you ask for a second pair or a tweak, we do not start from scratch: we start from what was measured and from what worked for you.
- 03 The material is a choice too
- Someone who runs, someone with diabetes and someone on their feet for eight hours do not need the same thing. The shape is adapted, and so is what it is made of.

Technology in the service of people.
Measuring and making things better helps, but what really decides the outcome is still listening to you and understanding your case. A good machine in hurried hands fixes nothing.
That is why you will not find a list of machines or promises of a cure on this page. If you are unsure whether an insole or an orthosis is what you need, ask us: we will explain it plainly and, if you do not need one, we will say that too.
